Nutritional Coaching

A proper diet and nutritional education is perhaps the most important element to your success. We put so much focus on this topic because it is the most difficult to understand and incorporate into the daily lives of most people. Furthermore, we face the difficult challenge of convincing clients exactly how important it is no matter what their personal goals may be. At least 85% of our clients believed they were eating “just fine” and later it was determined that their diet was impeding their ability to lose weight and gain lean muscle.

Clients who invest in this program will do so for 30 days and must have daily internet access. Instructors will assign a username and password to a food journal website. Clients are expected to log in everything consumed each day. The instructor will give weekly feedback via email on each of the previous seven days. When the first month is complete, instructors will reevaluate your progress and determine if another 30 days is recommended. We understand this is extremely demanding, but results for previous clients have been absolutely incredible!
